Norma Carpenter

Bank OZK

Norma is a Managing Director - Relationship Manager Team Lead for the Asset-Based Lending Group with Bank OZK. She is a 25+ year industry veteran in the Lender Finance space where she has served in roles as Senior Field Examiner, Account Executive, and Portfolio Manager. She is enthusiastic about building client relationships and helping to connect people.

Norma has held her CPA and CFE license designations for 22+ years and believes that her field exam and accounting background brings strength to her role as a portfolio manager in banking. Norma Currently serves the SFNet Dallas Chapter as President.  She received a BBA in Accounting from the Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma, and she holds several certificates of course completion from the American Bankers Association.

Dave Ramsey

Hext Financial Group

Dave is a Certified Financial Planner and Director of Business Development for Hext Financial Group and its affiliates. He has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. He started his journey in the banking industry in Louisiana serving as an officer in several financial institutions. After hurricane Katrina, he moved to Dallas where he has done M&A advisory along with tax advisory for companies. Series 79 licensed.

Frank Bonet

Bank OZK

Frank is Director Business Development with the Bank OZK Asset Based Lending Group. Frank's primary responsibility is to develop new relationships for the Bank while leveraging a more than 30-year career serving the Dallas and greater Texas market. Bonet joins Bank OZK with historical tenures with CIBC and PNC Business Credit. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.  Frank also serves in a director role on the Board of Directors with the Dallas SFNet Chapter.

Francois Bouville

Ironclad Capital Partners

Bouville brings over 30 years of international banking and structured finance experience—specializing in asset-based lending, working-capital solutions, M&A, and accounts-payable financing. As Founder and CEO of Ironclad Capital Partners, he champions an entrepreneurial approach that drives the firm’s success.

 He originated a joint-venture direct-lending platform focused on the construction and related working-capital niche, and he oversees comprehensive AP-financing and back-office outsourcing solutions for hospitals, O&G companies, manufacturers, large importers, general contractors, and other industries—turning liabilities into liquid assets and improving clients’ bottom lines.

 Supported by a seasoned advisory board, Bouville began his career at Citibank N.A. in Liberia as an economic advisor and researcher. He holds a Bachelor’s (Honors) from Middlesex University, London, is fluent in three languages, and has extensive international experience across Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America.

He is also a multiple decorated Persian Gulf War veteran and committed to continuously helping Veterans in his spare time.

Mark chairs Condon Tobin Sladek Thornton’s Banking and Finance practice. He regularly represents lenders and borrowers in complex domestic and international financing. He has extensive experience in connection with syndicated credit facilities, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, asset-based financings, first/second lien financings, complex intercreditor arrangements, project financings, debt restructurings and workouts, derivatives, and structured trade finance transactions. His clients include financial institutions, private equity firms, funds, and public and private companies.

Jared Grabow serves as SVP & Factoring Business Development Leader at Triumph, a financial and technology company serving the transportation industry with pioneering payments, factoring, intelligence and banking solutions. Previously, he was SVP & Team Lead of ABL Lending for Sunflower Bank, N.A., where he lead  a Texas-focused team delivering asset-based financing solutions to middle-market companies, typically supporting transactions ranging from $5 million to $30 million. He brings deep experience across the credit and private capital markets, having previously held roles at Great Rock Capital Partners, WM Capital Partners, Doral Bank, GE Capital, Bear Stearns, Austin Ventures, Enhanced Capital Partners, Lehman Brothers, and Grabow & Associates. Jared holds an MBA in Accounting, Finance, and Private Equity from the Texas McCombs School of Business and gained international experience through studies in China.

Matt Gormly

Truist

Matt Gormly is Director of the Institutional Capital Group at Truist, where he focuses on capital strategy, institutional relationships, and tailored financial solutions for clients across diverse sectors.

Matt brings more than a decade of investment banking and credit experience to his role. Prior to joining Truist, he served as Executive Director and Head of Capital Solutions at XMS Capital Partners, leading capital markets origination and transaction execution while advising clients on complex financing strategies. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Reynolds Gormly & Co., a boutique advisory firm specializing in rescue financing and lending solutions.

His professional background also includes positions with Capital Southwest, ORIX USA, Piper Jaffray, CIT Sponsor Finance, and Mercer, spanning roles in private credit, capital advisory, and financial strategy. Matt earned his BBA in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU).

Susan Thompson is an Executive Director for JPMorgan Chase, in the Asset Based Lending group.  Susan sits in Dallas, TX and covers Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi for all industries; in addition to her regional coverage, Susan also covers the entire U.S. and Canada for the Energy Services business.

Regions Bank

Porter is an Originations Associate in the Asset-Based Lending (ABL) group at Regions Bank, where he supports portfolio management, credit underwriting, and new business development initiatives. He plays an active role in structuring financing solutions and evaluating lending opportunities across a range of industries. Porter earned his BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University (SMU).
